Complaint Review: Atmosphera Global - Tacoma Washington

 I consider myself to be a fair judge of character and overall company morale, and this is not meant to be emotionally bias, but a fair warning to those who are considering this "opportunity" as a career. Before hand, I will let you know the owner of this company will respond to this with a well-written, humble, and manipulating come-back to make anyone reviewing his company sound very irrational and unintelligent. I am not bitter, but if I can help just ONE person from applying/joining this company, that is enough. If you would like to manipulated by this man's charisma and well-spoke lies, stop here. If you would like the truth behind this company and what really goes on, keep reading: First of all, you will

be VERY impulsed to be a part of this company, as it is presented as a fair, yet brilliant opportunity to work a management training program potentially making six figures working a sales program with different clients and campaigns, all you need is "work ethic and a positive attitude." They will be real with you....for about the first few weeks, sometimes even months. First of all, you will be pressured to work every shift, everyday, selling DirectTV at Costco because the turn-over rate is unreal, and they NEVER have enough people to staff the stores. I mean MON-SUN, not required, but you will be guilted into it. Second, I have personally calculated my last 4 paychecks being mysteriously

short a few hundred dollars. I thought, this couldn't be: the pay is confusing, and maybe I just don't understand it. When others started mentioning the same thing, I took hours to do the math and was shorter a disgusting amount of math. When I was considering saying something, I was told, "Don't make Khalil mad, you NEED him to be successful." I am relieved to have stopped making money for this dirty man. His outside deals that are supposed to be the financially rewarding "residual" income, are failing, but this man only cares about himself and his employee(s) he is sleeping with. After finding out one of the top leaders Kayla is in a sexual relationship with him, it all made sense why there is no logic

behind the people he chooses to favor, but you will get on his good side with sex, booze, and building his ego in any possible way. He has personally made racist, sexist, and VERY BITTER comments to anyone if they are not making him money at the time. He does not follow through, I have never once received a promised "bonus," and all the financial support he promises when you get promoted out. His girlfriend/sex partner follows him around like a little puppy and tries to run the office like a gossip girl episode. This company will put you in more financial trouble than you have probably ever seen in your life. The statistics don't lie, Khalil is in denial that his company is progressively failing because

intelligent people have caught on to the poor ethics and cult-like cult of this office. He doesn't even have enough workers to staff his own stores (the minimum responsibility of ownership.)I have personally been given no chose but to drive over 4 hours to work at a Costco across the state, in the winter, with NO reimbursement of gas money, as promised. I guess I was hopeful that this was the opportunity I was always looking for, and I can GUARENTEE you the odds of being successful are absolutely not in your favor, although it is technically not impossible, as they are a few people higher up making a very good living. I wish someone would have logically explained this reality before I dedicated so much time

and money away from my family and significant other, this is not the way to get where you are going, if you have even the slightly conscious for right and wrong. Looking back, I worked here for over a year, made it to management, and the only reason I don't regret it is because I learned the kind of person I DON'T want to be from these people. I am not saying that all offices within the Smart Circle organization are bad, but I am genuinely stating this as a fair warning: stay far, far away from this company, and it is your choice if you want to learn the hard way.
