after having two different cell phone bills to keep our taxes stright my wife and I decied to put them to gether as one. after being told by their customer service people that it would be easy to do this and we wont lose any roll over minutes boy was I miss led First they take away all the roll over minutes and then the hit you with a credit check after 10 years of service and of course a 18 dollar transfer fee that no one said any thing about this and a new 1 year contrack so being on the phone for three hours and upsetting my wife
I just want you to be carefull when you are calling to get help from your phone company
