First off, rundll32.exe is a Microsoft required program not a virus. Second, AT&T tech support shouldn't be helping you with these kind of problems. AT&T tech support are for problems with your internet or phone line. NOT computer problems with viruses. Second, you probably called the wrong place because AT&T has a 1-800 number on their bills, website and other places. They even have a free online tech support chat. All you need is a Sbcglobal.net or a ATT.net email address. Lastly, AT&T and Yahoo are partnered up. AT&T was formally SBC. They just had a name change. SBC Yahoo! DSL is the same exact thing as AT&T High Speed Internet. You can't blame AT&T for problems that are not related to internet or phone problems.
