AT&T Wireless Phone Service Wireless service is the complete WORST I have ever experienced! San Antonio Texas
If you are thinking of switching your wireless/cellular service to AT&T you should really think again!!!!! We switched about 5 months ago from T-Mobile and we regret it. I cannot tell everyone how frustrated with them I have been. So far we have paid them almost $2000 in the last five months when our bill is supposed to $209 a month!!! They add so many fees and extra charges that your bill becomes out of this world. It takes a rocket scientist to figure out the billing statements and countless hours on the phone to try to get them straightened out. Not to mention the reception is the worst in the 13 years I have had cell service. AT&T is currently headquartered here in San Antonio. You would think they would get a little bit better reception here. They constantly drop calls and the calls you do hold onto are so garbled you get about every other word. I use my phone for business and it is plain embarrassing to ask people to repeat themselves constantly so you halfway hope to put a sentence together!!!!! I am so totally frustrated yet if I cancel the contract for the crappy service they have provided I get charged over $525 for ending the contract early. What a scam!!!!!!
