Did not warn me before taking away a feature from my wireless phone service. They decided to tell me after i called in and ask and i told them i was suppose to be warned before and they said they can not help me. That is really messed up business. Att really wants to offer less for money and decides not to aid the customers more. The experience was the worst because i talked to the normal customer service rep and he said he couldnt help me with the issue so i asked to speak to his manager and she said she couldnt help me with the issue and so i asked to speak to her boss and she said he is not in office right now and we will call me back in 1 hour and he still has not called me back after i waited the hour patiently. I have been really cheated out the system because i really was not warned before they removed the feature off my phone.
