Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Attack! has been dishonest with me since I started working with them from day one. Promising a certain amount of work and then providing a spreadsheet of said number of bookings for a "Wave". Apparently at some time during the "Wave" the end Client changed their mind about "their focus area" and that meant reducing the number of events I would be booked for. Does anyone at Attack! tell you this? NO. They have no problem promising events will be within a certain area only for them to be miles and miles away from that area (over 40 plus miles and sending you from one end of the spectrum of your "area" to the other resulting in hours of driving that is not reimbursed neither by mileage nor fuel). I can say I was never told that I would get reimbursed until after I complained about the distances that I was being asked to travel and then they conceded but only reimbursed me for one event at the location and that is on a check I can't get them to pay. So i get one reimbursement when I was sent out of my area multiple times which I never would have agreed to in the first place. I was also told it was a "Night Club Event" and I did two clubs/bars and the rest were liquor stores, just more false information. It just seems like Attack! employees are excellent at telling people what they want to hear to get them off the phone and they are all ears when they need something from you. As soon as they are done with you, they no longer care if you are reimbursed for your expenses, paid in a timely manner or otherwise.

I was told that Attack! pays at 60 days. Last week I was owed my largest check from Attack! and that is the one that is late and doesn't come through. I am on direct deposit so it wasn't the fault of the mail. I emailed my contact and even offered to pay for them to mail or priority mail the check. All I kept getting was "We don't know what happened" " we are working very hard to figure out what went wrong" "no payments have been issued". While I see that others that have filed reports have discussed the problem with having checks "lost in the mail" and the response from an Attack! representative, I'm not sure I believe the information provided. What would the excuse be for direct deposits not going through and no explanation being given to those that were not paid? Additionally, with the holiday yesterday (labor day) the direct deposit should have cleared today if they had to issue the payments a week late but that didn't happen either. I am waiting on over $600 from Attack! All I am asking for is an honest answer from someone and an estimated date of when and how they plan on fixing this mistake but instead all I get is brush-offs, either completely ignored or told "they are looking into it". They clearly know what happened all they need to do is be honest. If they don't have the money because the client hasn't paid.....SAY THAT!!!! Whatever it is STOP LYING, tell the truth people respond much better to have a clear understanding of what is going on rather than being ignored and lied to.

Attack! already pays slow so when on top of the slower than most payment time they pay late with no explanation and no answers to your questions other than I don't  know, it gets upsetting real fast. I have rent to pay and kids to take care of and I can't even get a simple answer out of Attack! employees, it really shows how much you value people. Other girls that worked these events under me are texting me daily and asking me if I haven't gotten paid yet because they haven't either so there is obviously something up with their payment department. Bottom line, there are hundreds, probably thousands of marketing/promo companies out there to work for, I would recommend avoiding Attack! if you want to be able to count on getting paid when you are told or believing much of what you are told.
