Marc H. Noda approach me when I was living in a shared house by using Airbnb and asked me if I would be interested in a job. Offered me 20.00 an hour and I said YES immediately cause who wouldn't think twice about it. Gave me his information and details about the job I'll be performing for his so called company. Told me that they have a building almost done from renovation on July 18 so told me to be patient and he'll send the contract a week prior before. So I asked him before my one week in staying in the shared house if I can bring my significant other a job too and he said yes. What made me start realizing that it's weird that a guy who's so rich (Supposedly) was staying a temporary shared house and wore the

same clothes every time I saw him. Black dress shirt with black dress pants with a thin belt and black dress shoes always: As time went by he eventually contacted me and I actually have ended up quitimg my job so I can focus on this job which I didn't think it through obviously. Then had me and my significant other dress up and meet him at Brentwood at either a Starbucks or Alfred's Cafe to train us on what we would be doing for this company. Luckily we never accepted any of his offers to buy us food or anything. A week went by of training went by and told us that we were prepared for us jobs. He made sound so amazing and saying things like oh so we're having vacation at Hawaii this December 13 till January 3rd all

expenses paid trip and Supposably we had a choice to go travel with our head of production to London and get paid $2,000 with our base rate. Then suddenly it halted immediately out of nowhere. One day he told us he was gonna pay us July 29 and meet him a Wells Fargo location near at Santa Monica. We go and wait for him to meets us there so he can do a wire transfer to pay us and never showed up. So here I'm thinking oh he's probably late but ended up texting us that he can't make it and he'll pays us this Monday. I'm freaking out cause I've had no job for two weeks and have a lot of bills to pay. Then it just started to get worse from here. We read an article here in this website and we really started not to believe him

anymore cause he kept delaying our appointments/Phone calls to meet up to pay us and never answered any of my calls. So I ask Marc for help if he can pay me or even let me borrow anything but ends up not caring completely and telling me that I have to figure it out for myself. I'm here frustrated at myself cause I've let down my significant other and at the brink of getting kicked out of our apartment. So if anyone gets offered a job by Marc H. Noda....don't believe him or any of his nonsense about how well this job is. I've believed in him and now I feel completely stupid for not seeing his illusion from the start.

Re-Trial: Defmation, Blackmail, and Harassment

We will be now taking this case to trial beginning in March of 2017.  It is unfortunate that things have escalated to this level however we feel that we have a strong enough case based on the evidence before us to claim attempted defamation and attempted harassment  and blackmail by all parties involved.  Clearly, this case isn't just the case of one man as it would seem that there have been multiple attempts to sue us for nonexistent wages against our credibility.  We will also insist upon a drug test to be sure that the defendant had not indulged in narcotics during his or her signing of their contract.  You will be issued a cease and desist letter followed by a counter suit for your actions and attempted harassment for fees that however noble you have made them, are not owed and seem to have lost importance over time.  It would seem that your case has not only been fabricated but you have malisciously and falsy acused us and our reputation.  We will be seeking damages to our company that will well exceed your proposed wages.

Please use these materials as evidence in a court of law.

Kind regards,

Marc did not show up to court, and he seems to be confused about who is suing him/posting reports hes ripped off multiple people lol. Plaintiff he's referring to has the right to re file lawsuit.

It's recommended you sue this company if they have not paid you for wages or broke contract. Do not be intimidated by this guys shaming techniques and outlandish defenses..   Regarding Marc's upload of ONE case, the plaintiff in that case reserves right to refile lawsuit. It was "dismissed without prejudice " cause neither party was present in court at THAT TIME. Marc Noda can still be sued at plaintiffs will. Since Marc does not seem to show up to court, the case will default in the plaintiffs favor FYI. Hire a professional server to find him and serve paper work since addresses listed are not necessarily accurate. Best regards.

Welfare is not fun.  Though it should not make you desperate to do things that are not you just because you feel like lashing out.  These folks "ARE" living on the streets folks.  They did not have jobs.  And when things didn't work out they tried to pin the blame on us.  But understand that all of these postings are evidence against them in a court of law.
