Attorney Brian Lonecar We had a car accident case with his office and they made so many promises and didn't deliver Dallas Texas
We had a car accident case with his firm. The accident wasn't our fault. They got my husband in therapy for almost a year before it was decided surgery was needed. We had to keep calling his office to get an update on the case. It was hard to get a straight answer fromthem at times.
We demanded to see our lawyer which wasn't Mr. Loncar to get an update on way my husband was still in therapy. The lawyer was also amazed why. The doctors get a cut from the case so they will string it out as long as they can. We also had to use our insurance to cover what the other person's didn't. Out of $90,000 we got 10,000. All the doctor bills and lawyer fees took most of that. They promised back wages etc. Word of advise don't go with a lawyer from the TV!! Do your research.
