Attorney Bryan Reis , At The Farrar Law Firm Attorney worked for opposition. Never examined taped evidence he had 4 yrs. Got client a trust fund she can't use Hot Springs Arkansas
Attorney bragged he didn't take a case he couldn't win. Case dragged on 4 yrs before any date set for litigation. Family visited frequently bringing evidence and doing leg work. Attorney had a vcr tape with convicting evidence. The lawyer had never viewed it the 4 years he had the tape, yet the tape was what won the litigation mediation. Then our attorney insisted the land mother won be put in a trust fund and PROMISED HER that she would be able to do anything with the land she wanted. No financial institution will let her mortagage the land to pay the attorney. The person my mother went up against(my brother) has first chance to buy the land if my mother has to sell the land for money. The land will be devided among her children when she dies, but she has no say-so on who gets what. The courts do. Yet my mother still pays the taxes. My brother managed to get my grandmother to sign over everything to him. He was suppose to give her 24 hr care. He spent well over $100,000.00 My grandmother died broke. My brother put her in a storage building to live: no commond, no phone, no way to contact anyone if she needed help. He managed to gain POA, so mother was powerless. My grandmother basically starved to death. She died at 98#. My brother had to pay back NOTHING! He signed over the land to mother, with her attorney insisting go in a trust fund, even after she said no. Now the attorney is saying, Sell the land, he doesn't care. He just wants his money or he will start charging $1000.00 interest. WELL HE TIED HER HANDS BY PUTTING IT IN THE TRUST FUND. He said no one told him they needed the land to help pay him. Bull S__t! If he had been listening all those 4 yrs he was brought evidence, he would have known! ................DON'T USE BRYAN REIS,ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!
