Rip-off Report this is a complaint of Fraud.

I am filing a complaint on Audio Excellence Inc. audio6996 ( 2024 ) I purchase a Klipsch RSW 10 Subwoofer that was a cherry in color. They sent it and the color was not a matches to my other speakers so it was return .The RSW Subwoofer was damage by the UPS on returning and they have file a clam with the UPS but they have not return the amount of ( $899.99 ) to my pay-pal account. I have attempted to resolve this matter even would have settle for a black RSW 10 and still nothing .I have purchase a center channel for ( $382.99 ) on e-bay from then in the past it was not a match, It also was return to them and they return the amount of ( $382.99 ) to my pay-pal .

On this matter of the RSW10 Subwoofer they are giving me the run around about returning the amount of ( $899.99 ) to my pay-pal account .( $899.99 ) was paid for this speaker as you can see by the dates this has been an on going situation I would appreciate your help in this matter, Yes they sold me this speaker out side of E-bay and I will never buy out side of E-bay again.

I have copy this from papal to show I purchase the Klipsch center channel speaker and the dates of purchase.

Klipsch RSW Subwoofer

I have called a number of time to end this and all they do is give me the run around over and over and over ,My anger is over whelming because of this web store.

You can see by the dates this is an on going problem and to use my money for hostage so I will agree to what ever agreement they may come up with, this is not fair for any business to treat a customer like the way I've been treated.

Once again I would very much appreciate your help in this matter.
