I ordered a set of motorcycle radios from this company, the total was $166. Never heard anything on the order, other than a request for payment. Weeks went by, nothing. I sent an email asking where they were, got an excuse that the supply was limited due to 9/11 - nice touch!

The next email was met with an automated "we lost all of our emails due to a virus" reply.

I complained to PayPal (through whom I paid), which got a response from AudioVideoOne - he now couldn't refund my money because PayPal locked his account due to my complaint. He agreed to refund my money when I rescinded the complaint.

Didn't happen. I'm still out the $166, and I still get nothing when I try to contact them - the same auto-responder message about virus crap.

I received your message this morning and went to paypal to refund your money and found my account shut down because of your complaint! I have requested that PayPal refund your money.

I would have done it already but, I can not get to my account. I do not understand why you would do this. I told you that I would be glad to either refund your money or, ship the items when they arrive. I do not know of much more I could do beyond that. I received your message at 11:00 last night when I returned to the office.

I tried to refund your money at 8:30 this morning. PLEASE contact PayPal and let them know that you wanted to wait for the item and that I did give you the choice. This is very important. Their number is 888-221-1161. The case number is PP-001-232-403.

When I wait to ship a back ordered item and then have to refund, I lose the fees that PayPal pulls. I do not mind that generally even when I end up refunding the money past the 15 days. Inside of 15 days, they credit me back the fees. Please handle this as fast as possible. I am out of business until this happens.
