i purchased a customized platinum diamond ring went back to my jewelry store aurum design for an updated appraisaland my ring was stolen and switched by the jewelry employee, all i ask my gia certificate to show the ring given back to me is my original ring i purchased from them in 2001 custom design and made by joseph rubinstein, the company has been very uncooprative and compliant so customers beware beware if you dont have your gia certificate and you have a problem its not their problerm its your problem
