 You really need to do your homework. Brittany bail bonds is a side company of a bail bonds in Mississippi. I still have her files hoisted but its under a new web address. Her husband/boyfriend was the original owner of the site he bought the domain and pointed over to my hosting. When his domain name expired he has to buy it again. Your funny ms smarty pants. This shows your lack of understanding on how a business works. Let me break this down to you so you can try to understand. NOTHING IS FREE. IF YOU DONT PAY A BILL YOU WILL BE DISCONNECTED. This has nothing to do with a scam but a transaction that was not made. I bet you say your light company scams you as well, because if you don't pay them they will cut your lights off and charge you extra to cut them back on. I will wait on your $64 law suit for the remaining money you have paid me. Since Austin Pen and Pixel has been in business I have had six websites expire but none was due to me. All people who did not pay a bill. I have over 80 happy customers and still counting. You think that someone is made they lost your $8 a month your wrong I normally charge $10 for hosting so you do the math and tell me my monthly income. That's right without your business I am still doing OK for myself. Go ahead a keep helping with SEO. This doesn't really bother me at all. In fact everyday I get an email from someone who has read this and would like to work with me your lost business will turn into more money then you thought.

 Again your telling only half truths. PayPal reversed the charges in 10 days due to my notes to PayPal to help them reach such a quick decision. I informed PayPal after our phone dispute to refund you your full amount and I would reverse my programming work. You say I am stalking your site and your Facebook but I have had to block you on both mine and my wife's account. I have even had to block your other name Mike Watts. As you can see in your photo you attached of me and my lovely wife. You also claim that there are others but have offered the people no proof. Who is the actual Scam artist? You may need to look into the mirror and see that you tried to scam me and was caught in the act. You have made bogus claims and have been real upset with me and started to Lie about me. I can show all of the proof that I delivered your website files in both a link and then emailed you the rest after yet another dispute. I can show that only after the money was refunded did your website coding get scrambled up. Most of this you have already given in the dates. According to you I have done an injustice to you but in my email picture its you who keeps sending me threats. Your words are "Get ready for the biggest lawsuit of your life buddy". Have you any proof of filing a law suite over the $80 you claimed to be scammed out of? All of these questions you really haven't proved anything. What you have proved is who the mad party is, sadly it is you. If I have wronged other companies please give at least a name because if you Google my company you will no other affiliates of mine with a complaint. You are standing alone in this fight. Now that you have a new web developer go on and be happy. Me losing your account doesn't really hurt my business. Come on I really billed you $24 every 3 months. Your paying more than that now. I think your so smart that you out smarted even yourself.

I don't get it. I have never charged anyone before work was done. You keep saying that there are plenty of people who I have done this to but you can not name not one person, nor website. This is my first negative response after I was the one who worked for you and then you tried to stiff me. You keep hurling insults at me and I keep exposing your lies for what they are. The truth will always standout. You have your little $80 and I have the work that I did for you so we should be even, but every other day your attempting to post negative comments on my facebook page under yourself as well as my wifes page. Who is the one stalking? I have no desires to look into your website. I wish you the best as I do with any of my current or past clients. You really think that your hurting my company but your really helping me with free SEO. I know for some reason you want to try to out smart me, you win. If you feel as if you were cheated why pay for a service after the work was complete? I have never charged anyone up front and will continue on with that practice. After a built site as I stated earlier, the so called developer wanted more money after stating from day one NON PROFIT SITES are cheaper....... AGAIN WANTED 40 BUCKS AN HOUR... TOTAL SCAM.  HELD THE SITE FOR RANSOM,was paid, and yes MONIES DISPUTED VIA PAYPAL.  This very uneducated individual needs to keep his day job outside of WEB DEVELOPING. He stole my money and will steal yours. As he stated himself AFTER 4 YRS ...then he all of sudden wants MORE MONEY BECAUSE I NO LONGER WANTED HIS SERVICE. He was very very very unprofessional and this is why I went with someone else that returns calls and not just when sent money as he did. You can pay his fees and guess what he will call you back in a MONTH. No reply.  Yes, transfer service into my name which cost nothing he wanted MORE MONEY. FOR WHAT?????   TOTAL SCAM ARTIST!  He was mad I didn't want to use him anymore and here we are... this is just the beginning actually!!! In the state of Virginia and any where else accepting funds under false pretense is a CRIME. His actions will only hurt him in the end and I'm glad he put what he did on the site. My site was backed up for a mere 2 bucks a month with the hosting company. I disputed his charges in FACT because I have no product from this scammer AT ALL.... NOTHING. He was paid web design fees,and again there is NO PRODUCT!  There are other postings on craigslist about others he has done this too as well so I'm not the first.

Keisha King has been a happy client of mine for over 4 years and when she decided to part ways with my services I turned everything over to her. I understand her frustration for me not answering phone calls at 2 and 3am but those are outside of my business hours. I have always responded within a 24 hour period.

The reason this report is even a thing is because Keisha King and Peninsula Family Services did not want to pay for me to reprogram her site files for a brand new domain name. She felt as if it took me 20 minutes and that she should not have to pay me $80 for my time and services.

She paid through paypal and after the work was done and completed a week later she filed a dispute with PayPal for her money to be returned to her. After a lengthy phone conversation with Keisha King we came to an agreement that I would return her full payment of $80 and that I would reverse the programming that I had done on her website.

This is the picture that has the letters all jumbled up on her screenshot. She informed me that she would hire someone else to finish the work that I started. Since I returned the $80 she has now files 2 prior compaints with PayPal for $40 a partial agreed upon payment for work done on another website and $24 for a 3 month hosting period.

Peninsulafamilysrv is the new website address and Keisha wants free work to be done because she is a woman, but was told this is a business and I intend to run my company as such. You can't buy something and then return it for a full refund and expect to keep what you paid for. I don't know how they do things in Virginia, but in Indiana you pay for what you want and you return what you don't want.

Web developers beware she is difficult to deal with not understanding what it is she wants. If you do work for her make sure you get it in cash or money order. She has been known to pay and then when the work is done file a dispute with her credit card company.
