Auto Acceptance are Liars
I feel that the company we are talking about owed me the right to know that when we were fighting over who owed who that they should have let me know that on my credit report they had written it as a charge off. Then we reached a reasonable decision and I started paying them a hundred dollars at a time and come to find out that it isn't even showing up on my credit report that I am paying that bill.
Is this fair practice or am I wrong? Is this legal?
