Hi,

If anyone is looking to buy a car please never buy from this dealer and you will repent for life. I have so many issues with this dealer that I am going to Sue them.

1. First they never put the price of the car on their website and allure people showing wrong monthly payments and they even don't mention number of months or other terms which is illegal. And when you actually go there they will tell you that there will be big balloon payment in the last month. The ad they put on their website shows lot of features on the car and they are lying about those also. And when I went to pick up the car the car was standing in the car wash shop when i clearly told them the time when i will come and pick up the car and they just gave me the car end of the day around at 8:00pm before closing there show room.

2. This Guy Ronney i have never seen bigger idiot and liar and cheater than him in life and all these guys think they are too smart swindling with people. He doesn't put itemized fees and payments on the contract and since I was very excited to pick up my car and it was getting late he made me signed on some papers without putting any values just showing the total on one paper and he told me he will mail the contract immediately next day. And I have called them and emailed them more than 50 times to send me the contract and sending papers from NY to NJ he took exactly 60 days. And he says they have send 3 times and papers are lost in mail.

3. When i picked up the car I was told it is a fully loaded car and they are lots of features in BMW and they all are not standard and when i picked up the car and on the way back i found out lot of things were missing. And I informed them immediately next morning and they told me they will exchange the car and for 4 weeks that idiot and cheat played with me and told me pick any other car from the dealer ship and we can exchange the car and adjust the price without any deductions to me. And after 4 weeks he told me that he can't do the exchange and he told me that that illegal. And this guy kept the phone down.

4. When I got the contract after 60 days i found out that the price is not itemized properly and he made me buy the Warranty from them and he didn't put that any were in the contract the itemized cost of the warranty. I had the paper and i spoke to the sales rep who helped me and we found out that i was charged almost $650 more than we decided on the price and the Sales Manager who is another biggest idiot, Cheat and swindler in there company told me that they agree i was charged more but they can't do any thing since the contract is signed and I have already financed the car.

5. Then after first few days itself when I started having problems with them i decided to cancel my warranty and get the money refund and today it is more than 12 weeks and they haven't done that. I finally got tired and went all the way from Philadelphia to NY to meet them and which i informed 3 days in advance that i will coming on Monday Jan 11th to get these issues resolved and confirmed by phone also and no one spoke to me this guy Ronney and Avi (alias Albert) was sitting right there. And Ronney was pretending he was busy and this idiot Avi pretended he is not the sales Manager and he left for the day and Sales guy and Receptionist had told me that he is Avi(Alias Albert) and they made me sit for 3 hours and no one spoke to me. And this guy who is the owner who don't talk to customers because he is a big shot.

6. After I got the car I have a small issue with the one of the tires I have a flat tire and then i took to authorized BMW dealer and they told me that this car has been gone through a major accident which is not there in the Car fax and they fixed themselves and we can see the color difference on the side doors and the back bumper is not fixed properly. I have proof for all the issues and if anyone wants to contact me I have recorded the voice conversations and then I have emails exchanged between Ronney, Avi and Josh(Salesrep). Please I want this dealership should be shut down or they should pay for what mental trauma I have gone through and I am not going to leave them and i want them to take the car back and pay for every penny I lost on that car and apologize to me and pay for my time and mental pressure. And I hope someone else also who is frustrated with them should SUE them. Thanks MADAN

Hello all,

I am an officer of Great Neck Suzuki.

I would like to clarify that this customer's privilage of purchasing from us was revoked due to some unforseen circumstances which in order to protec the customer's integrity we will not write on a "blog"

However, I Would like to clarify that the customer is entitled to her opinion, and we respect that.  We are truly sorry that this did not work out, we were excited to sell the vehicle to you and are sad to see that the transaction did not go through.

For future reference, please make sure that your paperwork and downpayment are ready when you make a delivery date with the dealership.  Because of downpayment delays from your behalf, we lost the only approval which was worth it for you to purchase the vehicle.  Your approval expired 15 days from date of approval, and you had waited almost 30 days to put together your downpayment.  Everything is documented and logged on our system, I had to go through almost 4 full weeks of logs just to write a reply.

Another thing, banks do not have approval information in their system unless you are a dealer calling the special department for auto loan approvals.  They will NEVER give out approval information to a customer.  Why? Because the bank approvals for auto loans are strictly dealer to bank transactions, once they are funded then the customer has full relationship with the bank and the dealer has no authority to ask anything relating customer account information.  That is a system laid down to protect the customer.

I suggest the next time you go shopping for a car please educate yourself on the information at hand.  Our employee's did exactly what the job asks of them, take a customers request, process it and approve it.  Your job as a customer is to meet the terms, and approve of them or decline them.

This time it was us who declined to work with you because of your business ethics, and the way you spoke to your salesman (JOSH).

FYI Josh never quit, was never fired, and nobody ever told you that.  You met Josh last week when you came into the dealership to find all this information out.  I know its hard but the reality is that dealerships have to follow banking regulations and so do you.

Thank you for the opportunity and we wish you the best of luck.

Hi,

We tried to buy an ML550 from auto expo. Worse decision ever!! I will be forth coming and say that my credit score is in the low five hundreds; and that is why I choose this low class business to deal with. After, reading about there ad in the paper, 3000 down and 429 a month regardless of credit, I tried there low down business. Shortly after putting down a 200 dollar deposit on the ML550..our sales rep, Josh was allegedly fired or quit..don't know he just disappeared and we had the misfortune of dealing with the alleged owner, Avi! We received a call from Avi stating that he would be taking over Josh's cases because he is no longer with the company. Once Josh left, Avi says that I didn't qualify for that advertisement... even though I was pre approved and had a down payment on the ML550! What a tool! In addition, I called Auto Expo at least a dozen times for Josh and he was out or with a customer until they found out who I was...then more lies..he is not with company anymore! Now we are dealing with this tool Avi.
He thinks he is the only one in the world who can add. Please tell me if this makes sense to you. We put a 200 deposit down on a 2010 Ml550...the total cost( tax and all) for the car was suppose to be about 39,800.   Avi wanted us to put down, 10,000 dollars and finance roughly 29,000 with an interest rate of 4.9 apr.  Monthly payments were suppose to be 379 dollars. Avi alleged that he received financing through bank of america with an apr of 4.9%. However, when I called bank of America because I couldn't get in contact with Avi, the bank says they have no record of any such deal approved or otherwise! When I questioned Avi about this he tells me that the pre approval with bank of america had expired. It had an expiration date of fifteen days!! Then he wanted us to finance through another company and the payments would be 6 hundred plus dollars a month in payments. Or to continue with the none existing bank of america loan with a big roughly 11,400 balloon interest rate at the end of contract( he just told me about this today)!! So in total the car that is 38900 now is costing roughly 49,500!!

In conclusion, he was selling a truck at 36,800 roughly and now he has it advertised for more money on his website, 38,900 before taxes. So Avi, did everything he could to try to get out of the deal, return me the deposit and sucker someone else. Buyers please beware and run from this waste of time shitty shop.  Wasted a lot of time on this nonsense, Avi, Josh, and Ronnie! Oh yeah, forgot to tell you the car was hit in the rear!  His excuse with all of this is your credit score is in the 500 hundreds not the seven hundreds, beggars cant be choosers!! He is a trashy low life who claims to own a drowning business. Run buyers run! He tried to have a smart mouth and isn't worth the time of day.

None of that was possible.

The customer had his laptop with wireless access and our password, and even his charger plugged into our wall.  He was constantly comparing and calculating even better than we could do.  There was no way he was signing any blanks, nor did we even think of asking him or anyone to ever sign a blank.  Everything is simple printed and pre-printed, I have that luxury in this dealership and we use it to full extent!  The customer and their wives read, and analyzed, even tried to revise some of the contracts and forms to their standards.  We found it funny but everything was smooth.

So this customer wasnt exactly "vulnerable" as you make it seem he was.  Not at all vulnerable if you were to ask from a professional stand point.

Mr Vemurie..

Please and we beg of you to stop with the pestering of our employee's.  We have been nothing but kind to you, we have been nothing but resourceful to you.  We have done almost every single thing in our power to accomodate you.  I cannot understand why you have such a hatred amongst our dealership.  Is it because of buyers remorse?  What could you possibly be remorseful of???

You purchased your vehicle for $1,000 less than what was advertised on our website.  You even negotiated your interest rate (which might I add is not really possible, but somehow we got a little bit of a break).  You asked for Wax, Compound, we did all, You asked for updated service prior to your pick-up date, we did that as well.  -- THERE CANNOT BE ANY ARGUMENT HERE

The only thing that you asked for that we COULD not do was to take your back and change it after you drove your car home.  It didnt matter of what day or how long after you wanted to change your car.  It is not possible for us to have changed your car, we do not have to change your car, we are not allowed to change your car.  We did tell you that you may trade your car in for something else and we did advise you that was not the best option or in your best interest because you would have lost $$ to do so.   You purchased a 2008 BMW with 34,753 miles on it, almost loaded to the top.  Your vehicle has

     Bluetooth

You paid practically wholesale or trade-in value for this car, and all these options were already installed on your vehicle.  You cannot tell us that your car is base because this list is directly from the vehicles purchase report.  -- THERE CANNOT BE ANY ARGUMENT HERE

You were mainly upset about the car not having parking sensors.  Well you knew of that before purchase and went ahead and bought it anyway.  Why is that our problem?

Again I am just repeating this statement because you have repeated it as well "We have all these conversations on your emails as you have ours".  So please bring forth any false statement and I willing to hold my word for it.  You have yet to do so.

Avi has been working at our establishment for almost 6yrs now, as per your claim of his alias "Albert" I can assure you that he is not Albert.  Albert is a clericle employee that works in accounts payable.  Had you met Albert, you would see a notable difference in facial features and maybe that could clear that for you.  -- THERE CANNOT BE ANY ARGUMENT HERE

Our advertisement shows a list of installed items on the vehicle.  On Occasion there is a typo as the company that lists our vehicles for us does so with a general list and cannot come to our facility to adjust every single vehicle.  They are not based in NY.  This is why our disclaimer states "Not responsible for grammarical or typographical errors"  AS for your vehicle's internet listing, it was exact and to the point because in fact the vehicle had almost every option the BMW 5 series can offer. -- THERE CANNOT BE ANY ARGUMENT HERE

About your claim that you did not a price, or payment, or payment term.  I will never call you a liar as I have respect for you as a customer and individual regardless of your method of business or personality.  However, I will confirm and wish that we had a video to post of you online with your laptop while configuring all the numbers we gave you before you signed.  Even if we really did not give you copies (which we had no reason not to because it was printed before you signed) you still had acknowledgement of all numbers and figures, totals, tax amounts, registration costs, payments, interest rates, total of payments, amount financed etc..  There is more than 1 document that has the costs of the car.  Specially the important ones like your term and APR.  Being that you asked to negotiate the APR I'm sure you knew your interest amount.  After all Why would you sign almost 30+ documents without knowing all that information?  You even signed the warranty which was offered to you after the figures were set on the vehicle.  Your purchase of the warranty was completely optional and you were not forced into it because your vehicle still has warranty from manufacturer and you acknowledged that.  I would like to add that you had to cancel your warranty, and asked us to do so.  We informed you that a letter of cancelation was sent to the warranty company and they would like your explanation as to why.  From then on anything regarding cancellation or refund was given responsibility to you.  So please do not state that we swindled you for anything like that because it was your own option to purchase a warranty.  All costs are itemized and we do not have a way to change that.  The contracts are pre-printed with sections and all input is divided into these sections.  You stated that you have purchased many cars and financed all of them, how can you state something that is not true even after you have gone through this process several times?.   You recieved your documents at time of closing, and I remember us mailing you another set of documents a few weeks after when you said you didnt have copies of anything.  -- THERE CANNOT BE ANY ARGUMENT HERE.

Ronny has been employed by our company for 10 yrs now.  He has been here since day 1 when the business was opened.  He has over 11,000 Sales & Transactions under his title and has been one of the top employees since.  I have heard hundreds and hundreds of credit towards him, and very few complaints. WE will be honest and say that there are customers with a complaint, as always its a business and with 1,000+ sales a year, we are keeping our business strong and know what it takes to be on top.  None of the complaints ever directed to our dealership has been for anything like you are stating.  The claims you make are outrageous, and we would really appreciate it if you would stop.  We are trying to stay gentlemen, I know it is hard times nowadays but the last thing that we need right now are threats from you and the constant pestering of all our employees. You are a family man and so are most of us, lets stay friends, and we welcome you with open arms regarding any future business.  Noone here is sour at you I hope you understand, but you are creating enemies with the only people that can offer you the customer service you are requesting.

Thank you

This is Ronny here, I would like to clarify a few things this evening after reading our customers report.

Mr. Madan:  You were offered several test drives by your salesperson Josh Edouards.  You declined a test drive on your first visit because you stated in exact words "I don't really want to test drive because I know the vehicle inside and out, I just want to talk business and the vehicle has very low mileage and is a 2008 model with full warranty" I wish I had that statement on recording so I could abolish your entire list of unrelated claims that you have made for 3 months.  You sir, are nothing short of a customer with the title "Buyers remorse"  and we have not yet to understand what your problem is.

Yes you called us just a few days after you bought your car and mentioned that you "do not like the BMW & would like to exchange for a 2008 Audi A6", well my good man in this country when you purchase a vehicle unfortunately there are NO exchanges.  Dealers cannot just "exchange cars" for customers because they do not like their cars.

When I sat with you on the day of inception, it took you over 2 hrs to renegotiate your original deal with Josh, and you got exactly $800 off the price of the car which was already given $1000 under its advertised price (which i would like to add was a few thousand dollars below our LIST PRICE).  All in all you could have sold that 200 BMW 530 for a profit.

Not to mention that you walked into our dealership with a laptop of your own and was researching that particular car and its price, and its advertised price, and its kbb.com, edmunds.com, and all other websites that offer consumers the negotiating edge.   You researched all day long including while at the table with me.  You even claimed to be a bad negotiator and while that still not willing to sign until your price was right.  You are an IT master, with a beautiful job, and excellent mathematical skills and multiple finance calculators at your hand, including mine.  You triple verified your pricec and amount financed, and even asked for a 30 minute explanation of compound interest charges.  THERE WAS NO WAY IN HELL THAT I COULD HAVE CHARGED OR HIDDEN $1.00 in that contract that would have gone by withour your alert. Not 1 single way!!!

AND DONT YOU DARE SAY THAT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE COPIES OF YOUR PAPERWORK, I GAVE YOU A COPY OF EVERYTHING THAT YOU PUT YOUR HAND ON, YOU EVEN DOUBLE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE, I EVEN GAVE YOU COPIES OF YOUR REGISTRATION PAPERS.  YOU EVEN READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGNED!!!

After you finished signing with me you asked me and the salesperson and the service manage for a complete demo of the features of the vehicle and were 1000% not 100% but 1000% sure and definitive of your EVERYTHING before driving the car off our lot.

We were totally shocked when you called after and said you wanted an exchange.  I told you it was not possible and I would not have done it regardless because you invest almost 5 hrs of your own time and ours to make sure of your purchase.  Do not make it seem that because you have an accent that you were vulnerable at any time.  We do not take advantage of people when they come to buy a car.  My screen is even turned to a customers direction so that there is no nonsense.  A 10 year employee of the company myself Im sure I would have been let go if such complaints ever went un-managed.

Some of the things we did wrong: SOLD YOU THE CAR

Some of the things you did wrong: NOTHING

Some of the things that you did illegally:

1. Charging back your downpayment, which you are being sued for shall you continue to dispute our money.  You have no right.

2.  Calling your lender and trying to get out of your contract by claiming that we falsified your documents for employment, when in fact the bank had to do income verification prior to lender approval.  (very smart move madan) Shame on you for that.

3.  Placing a complaint with motor vehicles disputing that you never authorized us to register your car??? That was hilarious and the DMV didnt even bother to ask for proof being that you already had the vehicle registered and drove several thousand miles by that time, as well as multiple registration documents that were signed by you for state of NJ.

Your statements are ridiculous and for a man of your age to be wasting your time trying to abolish our establishment by flooding the internet with your essays and thesis of our performance is just outright stupid.

I am a man of my word and my business is run smoothly on all levels. Should a customer ever have a problem with anything I will adjust for them, and act as gentleman and do what is right, either lawfully or faithfully.

You are the type of customer that is just flat out unhappy with whatever you were given, and I believe that we might have given you to much.  As for your warranty goes, it has already been refunded and we would appreciate it if you could just show your CHECK Stub to everyone so that they understand that you just looking to have fun with the internet!!

Thank you everybody, and please look @ our internet specials and testimonials and please feel free to call us at anytime for any questions about our establishment!!

Sincerely

Oh my Lord, where to begin...

You, sir, are a used car salesmans' wet dream.  You are from out of town, you haven't done your research, and you are foolish enough to sign blank paperwork.  Going to buy a car is not like stopping off at the corner grocers to get a gallon of milk.  You should take into consideration the price, the features, test drive it, EVERYTHING you did not do.  In this day and age, how could you be so stupid as to sign a blank contract?  You call these guys idiots?  Look in the mirror, pal.  They did nothing that you didn't let them do.  They did not force you to sign the contract, you did not inspect the vehicle prior to purchase, and you were from out of town.

Yeah, and good luck with sueing them.  They have a contract that you signed.  You have nothing but an almost illiterate tirades on yours.
