i just bought a car from them for 20,500 over financing. i deposited 6000 and when i see the total sale price, its 31,686.60 in which my APR is only 6.84% and they're telling about some fees and taxes. i tried to call them and let it explain to me but they just get mad and hang up the phone. So i will just settle it to the court. if anyone wants to file a case against them, you can contact me so I can help you or we can file a case together against them.

It's common practice for a dealer to inflate the purchase price on a contract in hopes that the buyer will not bother reading the contract before signing it (and being bound by that deal).
Are you saying you saw the high price and still signed the contract? If so, I think you will be wasting your money by going to court. They will have a signed contract to back up their side, what will you have on your side?

I have a feeling that your knowledge of how courts work is about on par with your knowledge of contracts. "Anyone" would be ill advised to enlist you as an ally in court.

When you go to court be sure to bring all of the paperwork.
Because all of the terms of the loan and bill of sale will be on that paperwork. This includes the purchase price of the car, the amount you paid to your down payment, any taxes and fees, as well as your loan information.
Then be prepared for the judges first question..did you read what you signed?
