Complaint Review: Auto Loan Finders - Kennesaw Georgia

ok so I moved to Georgia and was looking to purchase a used vehicle. So I go online and appliy for a loan. Low and behold 10 minutes later I get a call from auto loan finders stating that i have just been approved for a vehicle of any price and that i can come down anytime to purchase a vehicle. I said this sounds to good to be true, so i proceeded to ask is there anything i need to do before I come. I was told bring your paystub, license and a utility bill showing your current address. I asked again is there anything else i need to bring. Lisa advised me that was all I needed, because it was no money down and I could drive off lot. So I go down to the place which is all the way in the back of a store off the highway down a side block with no signs or representation of a dealership. As I go inside I am introduced to Pedro the sales rep who greets me with enthusiam and takes me to the back of this dirty dingy office. He looks at my info, pulls some numbers, runs my credit again which i already though they did because that should of been the reason I was approved and advised me that I can afford up to a 500.00 a month payment. So we proceed to look at vehciles. Let me tell you the cars on the lot are not worth 200 a month but needing a vehicle i looked. I found a 2010 chevy cobalt for about 397.00 per month. So I decide to go with that. As we return back to Pedro's office cubicle he advised me oh by the way you know before you leave here today you must give me something regarding your tax, titles and fees because we dont include them in your payment. I advised him that i was never informed of any down payment and was told by Lisa to just come on down and drive off the lot because i was guaranteed approved. He then became nasty and told me I need to pay 1395.00 for tax and title and fees. When I told him I did not have any money he proceeded to get up and go to the man Hal Rogers. Who then decideds I can pay it off via a payment schedule that they decided to set up for me. When I say astronomical payments. 500 every two weeks and then 395.00 the last payment because these payments need to be paid in 30 days or the bank wont grant you the loan. But didnt lisa say i was already approved? he then bum rushed me and asked for my debit card over and over again. I gave him the info and then called three days later to advise I want out of the deal because something does not feel right. I was told it is too late and that I f I didnt pay these FEES the car needs to be returned. now mind you hile going back and forth with this payment thing my car has stalled out twice on the highway almost causing me to get into an accident. I bring the car back and of course they band aid the job in hopes that the next issue will be way past the warranty. I was told by Joey the service manager to bring it back the following week so they can put a harness on. I have been calling and still calling about the same part. Funny thing is no one ever calls back. ANd to date I am still waiting forthe bank IDA to call me for my customer interview. Funny thing is I have called them around 10 times and the phone just rings. I will not be making another payment or anything until they come and pick up thios piece of s**t or have the bank call me and do what is needed. Also I am still waiting for the part in which Lavoone, and Joey promised would be taken care of. Someone needsto really do an investigation on this place and send the owner back to federal Prison becuase they all are scammers.
