Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I called them and told them that my car has to fix for about 1000 and I don't know when I am going to be able to pay them and the Manager Sabrina told me I am sorry we can't help you out because we can't do nothing else and she said the calls are going to continue but they didn't call me so they came to get my car at my job I called them and she said I had to have 1200 to pay and we can help you out and which they was a lie too. Due to lack of communication you have to pay the full balance of 7100.00 and they wanted me to go to another title loan place to pay it off but they said they couldn't pay it off and they can only give me 4500 and I have to come up with the rest.

The other girl Alexis she told me she talk to the district manager and the one over them also and they said it couldn't be done and I hav eto pay the full balance. So the district manager called me name Warren and told me the same thing maybe Nothern Title Loans can help you and Carolina Title Loans but they said you have to have the car in your possession. Rip off still I payed them double and more for this title loan. For anyone do not get a title loan from anyone they don't care how you get to work or not and they didn't send me no paperwork or anything they meant to do this to me. I have 5 kids and no transportation. WOW!!! They said they will help you out and they don't.

this is going to sound mean, but....

...nobody is obligated to provide you transportation, no matter how little money you have or how many kids you have.  Your obligations are YOUR obligations and you don't get to make them someone else's.  Get a grip on your life and your sense of entitlement.  "I called and told them I couldn't pay" doesn't translate into "so they should just let me keep the car without paying for it, because after all I've got five kids and no other options."
