A little about me; I am a twice (1992 & 2010) Honorably Discharged Vet from Desert Shield / Storm and Iraq Freedom.

I was contacted by Tina Dye of Automation Personnel Services Inc. in Tampa, FL ( A Temp Company )

Tina said: I found your resume on Monster.com and would like to send you on a job interview.

Facts:

I went to the job interview, it was ok
I contacted Tina at Automation Personnel Services and told her I completed the interview.
She ask me to come into the office.
I went in the Automation Personnel Services where I was hit with the SURPISE.
I would have to pay out of my pocket approx. $50.00 for a background check.
I would have to pay out of my pocket approx. $45.00 for a drug screen.
A 10 year history of my employment.
There were approx. 20 pages that needed my personal (SS number) information and signature. Including an original copy of my birth certificate!
The last page (BEST OF ALL) an agreement holding Automation Personnel Services Inc. Harmless if any of my personal information would be lost or fell into the wrong hands. But that I had to sign all of it if I wanted the Job.
