Automotive Scientific Lynn tried to tell me the computer I got was for my vehicle. Toyota mechanic said it was not right one. I sent it back asking for a full refund after that it has been 50 days and counting . I have filed a report with better business bureau. Has not refunded my money in 50 days after he recived the product back and if I call he pertends taht he can't understand why the accounting department hasn't done so rip off company. I ordered a computor for my Toyota highlander was told al lit took to have it work in my highlander rigth was have a lock smith set the key. I recievecd it july 8, 2015 took to my mechanic on july 10,2015 my mechanic called said they could not get the comutor to key.
Called Automotive scietific they said I would hav eto take it to toyota so I called they got me in that day. Two hours later Toyota mechanic tells me its the wrong computor.
I called Automotive scientific they told me tha Toyota was wrong and that was the correct computor . I then said I want my money back. He then tried to tell me they were going to charge me a restock fee and they wouldn't send my money back for 30 days..
I told him I didn't think so and I might need to talk to a lawyer. I sent the computer back on July 10,2015 they got it July 12,2015 .
I have called several times first they told me that it took 30 working days. this last time on September they tried to say it was abank problem I called my bank and they assured me it wasn't so he blamed it on accounting. We are now in to ove 50 days and still I have not seen my money.

I DID RECIEVE PART OF A PAYMENT THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME A RESTOCK FEE AFTER SENDING ME THE WRONG COMPUTER FRO MY HIGHLANDER. BETTER BUSINESS BUREUA IN TENNESSE SAID MY CASE WAS CLOSED I TOLD THEM NO IT IS NOT. I WANT BACK MY 116.70 DOLLARS IF THEY ARE DOING THIS TO PEOPLE JUST THINK HOW THEY ARE RACKING UP ON GIVING THE WRONG PRODUCT AND CHARGING FOR IT. THIS NEEDS TO STOP. THEY BROKE THERE OWN CONTRACT BY NOT SEEING I GOT MY MONEY BACK IN 30 DAYS IT WAS OVER 50 DAYS WHEN I GOT PART OF MY MONEY.
