BEWARE...YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My mother who is 82 years old brought her 1997 Dodge Caravan two weeks ago to have the locking mechanism fixed. The service rep, John, charged her over $500 which she paid in cash from her fixed income. I drove her back just two days ago, around January 31 2018 for the same symtoms/problems. John wrote up a service order and indicated in writing that there would be no charge to fix this problem that has reoccurred. I advised him it could be a faulty part even if its new. Later that day, John leave a voicemail as I was the spoken person on behalf of my 82 year old mother, telling me there will be additional costs. I then called the service manager and informed him I was recording our conversation, where he argued with me supporting John. I then advised him I will be using all social media to expose their corruption. Later that day, I left a message with the General Manager advising him to tend to this issue or I promised to boycott this business. No one called all day today, March 2, 2018 until I called in where the service manager was a bit more pleasant to talk to. When I asked about the refund of all of the monies paid, he stated he had no choice but cannot pay it. I was beside myself. I drove my 82 yr old mother to the dealership where John was kissing a*s to her and knows she doesn't like arguments, but I recorded the conversation as well as addressing how he could rip off an 82 year old Grandmother and not be bothered by it. Check out YouTube: AutoNation Dodge Rip Off for viewing of this rip off and not caring about it in public! You have been warned.

With all due respect, I would have not allowed my 82 year old mother to buy a Chrysler. You should have played a more active role in choosing a car for her, /it sure shouldnt have been a Chrysler/Dodge product Imho.
