AutoNation Former B&B I paid for oil change and they drained the engine without replacing the old oil. Mesa, Now Gilbert Arizona
I prepaid to those crooks for each of my cars, for four oil changes and two tyre rotations.
Three weeks after the second oil change the cars' controllers (computers) showed low oil
levels in both cars. Manual checking revealed that there was virtually no oil in the engines.
The cars could have caught fire.
It is clear what happened. They drained the old oil but they did not replace with new.
This used to be a vey good business. When it was still owned by the local Brown family
and was called Brown&Brown. When the old guy sold the business to out-of-state criminals,
it became what it is today.

It is clear what happened. They drained the old oil but they did not replace with new.
This used to be a vey good business. When it was still owned by the local Brown family
and was called Brown&Brown. When the old guy sold the business to out-of-state criminals,
it became what it is today.
They systematically and openly cheat their customers, even like me, a customer for 22 years.
They offered me in a special promotion four Goodyear tires for $320. After 4,000 miles, the
tires went bad, I had to replace them before they made 5,000.
They also damage many parts of the car so they can repaire and make money. One exmple,
they glued the switches attached to rear mirror so I could not switch off the lights. It cost me
$260 to have the mirror replaced. I would say the damage they caused to both my cars has cost
me about $4,000. Needles to say, after they almost caused my cars to catch fire, I do not go to
them anymore.
