I ordered a water pump for a Volkswagon Passat with a customer service representative.  He confirmed that the part was in stock and the price was $170.  I received an email confirmation for the order but when after 8 days it had not arrived, I checked the status of the order.  It showed that the order had been cancelled and was out of stock.

I checked the web site and saw a price increase on the part to $202 and it still showed in stock.  They had raised the price and cancelled my outstanding orders.  After over an hour on the phone with call center which is obviously in  India.  The best they would do is re-submit the order at the new price and give me a $10 discount.  They are a worthless company that does not stand behind a confirmed order.  The rep even told me that at times after you place an order they can increase the price and ask for your consent (after you've been waiting on the part). 

I tell you do not deal with these idiots.  They tout their great customer service which is just a joke.  I will never use them again as there are other great online auto parts suppliers where you get to speak to someone in the U.S.
