Autumn Danials and her girlfriend Christy Giavontti ripoff landlords from hell
I was a tenant of Autumn's. First of all we were supposed to sign a lease after the repairs were completed. There were holes in the drywall that sat there for a few months while my one year old was attracted to those holes and ate some drywall.
He became very sick. Our house was broken into and the outside was always being vandalized. We decided to move after buying our own home.
I gave her a two week notice and I had the house spotless before moving. we put down a 700.00 deposite and I expected it back.
Well she and her girlfriend gave me a 500.00 check and that was fine. I cashed it and a week later my bank told me there was a stop payment on the check that she had given me. I had $75.00 in bounced check fees plus the bounced checks. I could not buy food for my family for a week. I had to take them to relatives houses to eat!!!!!!!!
I would never rent from anyone with out taking pictures of the house before and after you move in. Get a detailed contract. if anyone reads this that knows Autumn Danials and her girlfriend Christy she is a no good l*****n.
