Susie Urschler Susan Urschler Susie Kenkel of AVA YARA Designs in Plano Texas and Miami Florida is a wanna be fashion designer who has no background in fashion, clothing constrution marketing or business.
Susue contracted me with a legal agreement under which was explained that my services were intellectual property and there for no refund would be available.
SHe worked with me daily for one month wherein I advised her on the importance of a business plan, a budget that comes in traunches and independanc3e from those who wish to underfund her work.
Ms. Urschler happily took my intellectiual information and put it to use when it suited her, disregarding the information that did not suit her. She was arguementitve and clearly has many un resolved personal problems.
Finally, she demanded return of the funds at the END OF THE MONTH, at the same time her husband was divircing her. She is unprofessional, underfunded, steals intellectual property and is to be AVIODED AT ALL COSTS.
Additionally, Susue Urschler Susan Urschler Susan Kenkel files false reports with PAYPAL and VISA.
THIS CASE was reviewed by PAYPAL that indeed quality services were rendered by me and that PAYPAL would stand by me in a dispute with VISA.
Susan Urschler Susan Kenkel susie Urschler then filed a false report againt me with VISA.
Ms. Urschler / Kenkel isbeing sued in Texas for the value of the false report and punitive damages.
