Editor’s Comment:05/22/2018-. Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better. In this instance, there has been court action regarding this subject Report. We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike. Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation. Brett Hickey is a Pathological Lire, Mr. Hickey is psycho with ego which makes him very dangerous to be around.
He is another washed up “Reality TV” character turned Hedge Fund Manger. Ones he stared on failed show Wall Street Warriors. Now he is nobody, which does not sit well with him Psychology – He resorts to elude behavior to get attention.
One is Availor Philanthropy Corp. Which he uses to Glorify himself and it seems – he get innocent people to follow him with his fraud.
Even Paypal has canceled is Donations account, due to fraud.
Please use extra precaution, when dealing with worse and lowest of humanity.
Do not let him persuade you, as he is the best scammer in NY. Go to his parties do “do good” for charities. Its all SCAM.
He has taken money from victims under the Availor Philanthropy and spent it on himself to support his lifestyle.
He has been reported to the IRS there maybe Potential Criminal Investigations.

TO: unknown author using the screen names “The Victim,” “Victim of Fraud NY,” “US Justice,” “NC,” “starmountaincapital,” and “Anonymous” to post content on the websites www.ripoffreport.com, www.complaintsboard.com, www.pissedconsumer.com, plus.google.com, and www.wordpress.com. Please take notice that Brett Hickey (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (#A1605891) due to allegedly false and disparaging statements published about Plaintiff on numerous websites, including by “US-Justice” – the author of this posting on Ripoff Report. In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC (the company that owns and operates this website) to confirm the identity of “US-Justice.” Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC to reveal the identity of “US-Justice.” You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously.
