Avana Highland Ridge Apartments Greystar community At move out charged outrageously for a Stove glass top replacement due to a spillage cost to replace 400 dollars. The price of a new stove of the same type is 479.00. Charged 45.00 for a blind to be replaced in a small window. We asked for price verification and the items we replaced and they refused. I paid the water and sewage for the month and received another bill for 8 days of usage at 89.00. I also asked for the laminate floors I purchased but no response, paid for these floors for two years. Columbus Georgia
Avana Highland Ridge is a Rip-off. They charge outrageous moveout fees and do not repair the appliances. We moved in March 2016 unit 610 and discovered a broken shelf on the freezer door. Management refused to replace the door and I am positive they charged the tenant. Overcharged and no proof of how much each item need replacing cost. Management are rude and thieves. Rent prices outrageous and if you want to rent out the clubhouse, tenants are forced to donate 300 to charity and 275 deposit. Can you say Ripoff.
