I purchased Mobile Spy. The GPS never got the location right not even when at home. The Live Panel didn't get the location right either. The live recordings were always black and the stealth camera was also always black. It got the text messages, call history and phone info right right, as far as I know. But SMS commands do not work!

Sounds simple right? My phone and carrier are compatible. It doesn't work. I was told I couldn't have a refund without troubleshooting the phone. The phone I no longer have in my possession, the one I was monitoring. How the heck am I going to do that.
