I have tried to Resolve this ISSUE w/AVAST/NEXTWAY SOFTWARE for well into a month+ Now!

I LOST my Mac/Visa...and they didn't renew, was Unable to renew automatically...so they TELL ME I Cancelled which is an OUTRIGHT LIE!  I keexperience, and NOW, I AM~~TO THEM! I did RE-New my Avast Security w/them....BUT they seem to have Cust.~SERVICE Issues in the TOTAL SUPPORT Dept!

I am NOW FURIOUS, an Serious ly looking into fining a new co. for this Support! WHAT HAPPENED??? They were VERY GOOD for ONE year, and NOW it is VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE to just simply get someone/ANYONE, Knowledgeable to HELP ME w/This Matter!

 

ON TOP OF THAT, My computor has ISSUES!!!!  WHEN I SPOKE TO JAYE/lady last Month, ont he 4th, she promised to continue my Total Support til APRIL 4th, and said"SHE WOULD CALL me on APRIL4th to address this , and collect the $89.99 payment...." 

NEVER HEARD FROM HER~ NOR DID SHE DOCUMENT OUR "CONVERSATION" ~ WHICH LEFT MEW LOOKING LIKE/FEELING LIKE AN IDIOT! d**n it!

i AM GIVING THEM ONE chanceTO REDEEM themselves>>>>>>THEY CAN CALL ME ON THIS MON. 8TH TO RENEW, AND I FEEL THEY "OWE me" NOW!
