this company has many complaints against it for the reason of this complait. their auto renewal feature does NOT allow you to cancel the service. i attempted to cancel many, many times and just went into a circle jerk.
i finally called customer service the day they renewed, 10 days BEFORE expiration, and tried to explain that i treid to cancel and their system failed to allow cancellation. they said that i needed to do everything online, and i explained that the system just went in circles. thay said, to bad, it renewed for another year. i told them that i will contest the credit card charges and they need to accept that.
well, these scum bags accessed my computer remotley and locked it down, with 10 more days of license left on the contract. these people are some of the most unethical in the business. stay away from this business unless you desire grief and headaches.
