Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We rented a tow dollie from a budget dealer in colorado springs colorado in june 2006.we had never rented a tow dollie before and we trusted that the man from budget, who rented us the dollie ,knew  what he was doing. if he had actually used the towability guide, which you can access right on budgets own website, you can clearly see that a car carrier, not a tow dollie is to be used for a 1994, q45,four door, infinity.our car was also all wheel drive, their own website also explains, you do not use a tow dollie for any all wheel drive car.you are to use a car carrier.i was also not told that you must disconnect your drive shaft or your transmission will blow up.why on earth would you rent someone a piece of equipment where you have to disconnect anything on your car.and furthermore why should the customer have to pay extra to disconnect, then reconnect the shaft anyway.this is nutts.of course on our journy to springfield illinois ,our tranny blew up in topeka kansas, because the shaft had not been disconnected.the mechanic who disconnected the shaft for us,told us it happens all the time.then when we were in independence missouri, the car came off the tow dollie and rolled into traffic, its a wonder no one was hurt or that our car didnt run into another car.of course budget being the lying, cheating thives that they are, tried to claim that the entire tow dollie came off the truck, because we did not have the dollie hooked to the truck correctly,if that were the case im sure the dollie would of come off well before we drove over 1,000 miles.wouldnt you think?my two front doors were also dented due to the dollie not being wide enough, and whenev er we made a turn the wheel wells from the dollie dented our doors. we have been fighting them to pay for the damages done to our car due to there negligence and we want some justice.we only had the car for six months and we could not afford at that time to fix the car, besides it is and was budgets responsibility.the damages amounted to almost 6,000.instead of doing the right thing and fixing the car, they instead got a lawyer and did nothing but lie about and attack me personally, instead of taking the time to look at their own website which shows without a doubt, that a tow dollie is never used for my type of vehicle.their people in the claims department, have to be the rudest, nastiest, bunch of greedy liars ive ever encountered and they need to be stopped.how many other people have they done this too?im willing to bet it happens all of the time and ill just bet they get away with it.lets put a stop to it and make these people realize they have to follow the same rules as the rest of us.there is much more to this story,as ive been fighting them for 4 years and i intend to,if it takes me the rest of my life.i worked hard to save to buy that car and i was only able to use it for six months.budget is so greedy and vindictive, that they would rather pay a lawyer to fight me then just pay for my damages.someone in that company is a little twisted to say the least.anyone who would like to see my evidence or give me a hand fighting these degenerates, please let me know.thank you
