I became an Avon Rep promo for $10 to start to be s rep. I had been a rep for years in the 1990s and enjoyed same. Now, they have this on-line store. I wanted to see how and if the on-line store worked. My sister placed an order. My immediate supervisor Margie sent me a congratulatory on my first order and now matter how many times I called her or emailed her, she would never help me get paid.
My sister got an email and placed a second order and again, I did not get paid. Finally, I called Avon's 800# and they walked me through on direct deposit. In May 2019 I placed my own order and they still did not pay and say no orders were placed, DEPENDING ON WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE. Repeated run-around. The end of the conversation as of 5/31/19 was AGAIN they will send to another department and send a AVON card with a little over $30.
I asked why it was not going direct deposit and they could never tell me. Direct deposit was set up. In addition, they will say no orders were placed. That I should verify with confirmation numbers. that's ridiculous. Later they suddenly note the orders placed. I was very very sad about Avon and reluctant to market it after I did this test drive.
My last order I placed myself and they even denied seeing my own order in my own store! Until I get angry. I ordered 10 books but did not put out to anyone because if Avon did not pay me on my own testing out their store, then I would not get paid on any orders.
