Had a sales rep knock on my door this morning, he picked the wrong door. I am well aware of this companies practices and yes you need to fight. If it is possible file in small claims court to get every dollar returned to you. All this will take is a thorough reading of your agreement or contract and exersize everyposible reasonable solution. The individual at my door, heres are some tips. 1 ask for their city county and state license make a copy, I did, now the City of Las Vegas license he showed me expired 5/25/2007 it is 5/31/2008 today. Hello my friend left with the knowledge that i will be verifying the Nevada state contractors license number online and reporting him on monday morning. and reporting him to the City of Las Vegas. Hit them in the wallet with fines. Come to our state and do unlicensed work, I think not. Sorry I work for a reputable alarm company in Las Vegas. I report these people with an agressive attitude. Good Luck with your fight. READ YOUR AGREEMENT AND PERSUE IT!!! YOU CAN FIND MANY POINTS THEY HAVE NOT FULFILLED I'M SURE.

In my report, I listed the company as AXP. It is indeed APX Alarm, or Apex (they changed their name at some point).
