When I started as Fingerhut customer five years ago, I paid every month until they noticed me that Axsys National Bank took over the company. I still pay everymonth, but I noticed that monthly is a pretty high increase or add a late charge. I called them to put a note that I will pay a little late. They will put a note on my file, and told me that they will charged me for a late because the deadline (9th) is over. Want me to be draft from my checking account to their bank to pay the amount.

I told him that I refuse because there is no money in my checking acoount that time. I will get my paycheck on 15th and will mail my check to them. They mailed a letter that I am late and cost me twice the amount.

Something is strange that I tried to call them and never come answer or any one on connect this line. Relay Service for the deaf, told me that the line is no sound at all. No matter how many time I called them, and no answer. So, far I got one call.

One time, I purchased hot sealer food device, and it was working well until the heat bulb broke. I send it to 11 Leland St. but they send it back to me. I still have it, and I put it in the shop in my town.

Some stuffs I brought are not really good. Some broke, and fell apart.
