Axtionnetwork Advertising Ripoff! Dollars taken for banner ad & advertising not supplied Nationwide Internet
Company offered attractive advertising ratesfor pop-ups.
Price was lowered by about 75% for me given that I was interested in a very larg buy at the time after a test order proved the quality of the pop-ups.
I signed an IO and sent them the money for the test order ($500) via paypal. I was guaranteed that my campaign would start within less than 24 hours. I emailed the company the first time 48 hours later and had no reply. I followed up daily within a week or so
and still no replys.
I sent them a warning that if my campaign doesn't start than I'll pursue legal action and suddenly got a response apologizing for the delays and giving me a login to my campaign stats page.
Delivery speed which was promised stood at 100,000 unique
visitors per day. In reality for the 10 days that I had my campaign running (until I went to paypal) I got about 1,250 visitors which were not even unique.
I tried to contact the company about this and to see what's up but to no avail they seemed to have banished from the face of the earth.
Paypal managed to recover my funds and since I have not been in touch with the company nor do I suggest anyone else to be!
The company rep/s act very nicely and try to get you to commit to some sort of an order as soon as possible but once they have your money you can kiss it goodbye!
