AY Transport LIED Overcharged STOLE San Jose California
After arriving 2 days late, the AY group that packed my things spoke no English. Not one was able to speak English! Communication was absolutely impossible. After calling the company to complain and get someone with language skills to oversee the move, I was told it would be another 3 days to reschedule and an additional $500.
I reluctantly let them move my things which they promptly dropped 3 vases and 2 pictures while packing. While I am insured, it is immensely frustrating.
When my things arrived at my new home, 4 days late with no phone calls, the boxes were soaking wet and may of the contents had suffered water damage. The offensive and abrassive driver and his team took a 2 hour lunch break in the middle of unloading our possessions and threatened to drive away with my things when I complained.
I would rather carry my belongings on my back like a pack-mule than deal with this HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL firm again.
