AZ Plumbing Plumbing Company FRAUDULANTLY Files Claims with Home Warranty Company Against Customer After Plumber Waived Charges Jacksonville, Florida
This company was sent to me through my home warranty. The plumber who came was very nice and explained that the damage we were just now seeing was due to a previous leak, not a current one. He said that since he didn't do any work we would not be charged.
That evening a woman from the company called to verify the service call was complete. I explained what happened and that we were told there would be no charge. She agreed that that was correct.
Fast forward one month and we are getting a bill for unpaid services that the home warranty company was being charged from this service call. I tried getting this resolved through the company, but their customer service is terrible. Management is rude and uncooperative. They are refusing to honor the commitment made by their employees and also refusing to accept the invoice I have with NO CHARGES filled out as evidence that my fee was waived.
The only reason they are being paid is because my home warranty company has already done so and threatened to cancel my warranty if I do not pay them back. I believe this company takes advantage of this fact and charges customers however they wish because we have no way of refusing payment to them.
Do yourself a favor an DO NOT use this company!!!!!!!!

I beg to disagree on what was stated on the report above. I've been a customer of this company for so many years now. And whenever my warranty company sends a different plumbing company I decline and request to give me a technician from AZ Plumbing. There was never a time that I got falsely charged. This company even provides free estimates, they give you the time to consult your warranty company before any repair will be done. They also give you the most reasonable cost with high quality for parts that needs to be replaced. This is a very honest company compared to others who just wants you to pay for something that is not worth it. All services I've had with them are highly satisfactory, I've recommended them to most of my neighbors and I haven't heard any negative feedback from them. They know what they are doing and they are definitely good at it. They are very reliable. Even when you missed an appointment, they do not stop until they get a hold of you to check what happened and when a reschedule should be made. It is very convenient to deal with them. This is an honest company and I stand by that.
