I just went to the ATM and found out that my account was overdrawn because they have taken money out of my account. I haven't used them since March and didn't pay the last bill because they didn't know how much I owed. They gave me two different totals and sent me some e-mails. Mind you this is 4 months ago and I haven't heard anything since. First, they said that I owed them 128.00 for 1 month and 10 days of service and then they said it was 98.00. Long story short today they take the money from my account. I will be disputing this. If you don't know how much I owe, you don't take anything out of my account. My understanding is that my bill is 40 a month. Your overcharging me and you people are dishonest.

Here at AZUMA Leasing we put customer's first and pride ourselves on providing only the highest level of customer service. AZUMA Leasing does not run it's customers' credit cards without their permission. Each customer has a due date that never changes. We understand that from time-to-time things happen that may delay a payment. If a payment is not received on or before it's due date we even grant a grace period before taking any collections action and/or exercising our credit policy. AZUMA Leasing will even refund any money taken in such a way if an alternative form of payment for the past due balance is provided by the customer.
