Case Description: They were to clean my windows, tracks, & screens on 5/14/20. I returned home to discover that had not and called them immediately to find out why? I thanked them for the SPIT BOTTLE left in my driveway and was told that they would be back out the next day - I requested Sat. since I would be home. They never showed. I requested a refund and was told by Tony that they would not issue one per their policy. I asked him where on the invoice it stated that they could not issue a refund after not completing a job? It does not.
I asked to speak to the owner and after hemming and hawing was told they couldn't give out that information and he had no idea when he would return. After further questioning I was told that he was on vacation and still they did NOT know when he would return.
They told me that they would send someone else out. I said that we have been there done that with them still not showing up and I am tired of there lies. They cashed my check, did not do the job and should not be paid for it.
Reported them to the BBB and they did not respond. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office also. I have called and called them and still no resolution - THEY LIE! They do not do the JOB!
