B T B FINANCIALS Jerome Cheng BTB Financials are thieves! They couldn't perform the service promised and kept my money! Sacramento CA
BTB Financials - owner, Jerome Cheng met with me and inspected my credit report to see if his company could remove a derogatory remark to speed up the process for me to purchase property. Jerome assured me he could have the remark removed within 5 weeks for a fee of $600. It was the only negative item on my report. I waited 6 weeks to contact BTB to inquire on the status because I noticed there was no change on my credit report, and I had paid my money to complete the work. Jerome responded that nothing was completed due to having some illnesses in his family. Then he said he would have his partner Andre call me to update me on the status. Jerome's partner Andre took his time calling me back or responding to requests for updates. I wrote Jerome to ask why I was being treated like this as a customer as I had paid for a service based on what he stated his company could perform in 5 weeks. After waiting more than 12 weeks and demanding a refund because the promised work wqs never done. BTB FINANCIALS kept my money and stopped responding to any of my calls, emails or text messages. I kept a record of the texts and emails.
