Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The CEO for IBILL, Inc. ALSO owns B2B Credit Inc., - He failed to perform the service (building business credit) for which they advertised and I paid for (from Oct 2007 to present). In Oct 2007 I paid $399 upfront fee (plus $125 p/mo, thereafter) for B2B Credit Inc to build my business credit. The first few months went fairly well, with their rep but, she left in early 2008. There was no rep working to provide the credit building service from Mar 08-July 08 & eventually I complained to the Ops Mgr, (whom I would later find out was the owner's wife). In Dec 08, she conceded to their lack of performance & issued a 4 month credit (through May 09).

From Jan 09-present, there has been no credit building activity on my account. I requested cancellation & a refund in late Feb, early Mar & was told, by Wife/Ops Mgr, that they would issue the refund. She then passed the buck on to Husband/CEO. I spoke with CEO, last month, on the phone & via emails. His last communiction was that he didn't have my credit card info to make the refund (they sure had it to charge the fees). I provided the card info, via email & have made several follow up calls, with no response...UNTIL last week, when I received a SOLICITATION to PAY for a conference call with CEO, where he would tell business owners how to build credit. Unbelievable!

This man promises to build your business credit to $150,000 in 9-12 months. It has been almost 18 months & all his company has managed to do is build debt for my company. There is NOTHING reporting to D&B for my business, as promised & I deserve a refund. I have 2 years worth of emails that detail these events & would be happy to fax anything you think is pertinent. I am now inclined to believe that he is a scam artist.

I have filed with Better Busines Bureau and am planning a civil suit - WATCH OUT FOR THEM!

B2B Credit was Great!

I used B2B Credit from 2007 to 2008. About 14 months. They did everything, and I mean everything and beyond for one of my LLC's.

Within 4 months I had a gas card with multiple gas companies with a begining limit of 10k.
By the 10th month GMC dealer ran my LLC's Dun and Brad and other reportings and approved me to receive a 2005 GMC Denali XL without a personal guarantee signature!

By the 12th month I had over 20 Corporate credit cards from Lowes, Dell (over 50k$ limit), to many other major stores.

B2B Credit was well worth their services. $100 per month was peanuts compared to what they did for me in education and step by step applications they put in on my LLC's behalf. Priceless.

The Grey area is that most people, even very educated people, just dont get it. They dont' understand business credit. The dont understand, they overstand.

B2B isnt going to tell you about the grey areas. There are things you need to do on your own that only a hustling/entreprenuer/determined spirit will grasp while doing this credit building.

Most people dont have an official LLC or Corporation with a valid EIN.
Most dont open a business line at their home or where ever office is and list in phone book.
Yes a real business line that you pay well over 100$ per month for with faxing abilities etc.

These steps are crucial in establishing your business as a viable business.

For example. B2B got me 20k in corporate credit in Sears...but when I learned a few things on my own, I was able to go in Sears with a 20k limit and charge over 180k$ in goods.

Listen. For those that have ears and eyes to read this. Listen. Think. Everything is not for Everyone.

In closing, I cant seem to contact B2B now. I assume they are out of business. So much has changed since recession starting in 2008 2009. Criterias are different etc.

I wish I could contact them again. Would love to do business and bounce some ideas off Jonas and staff.

I dont know this persons experience with them. Perhaps it happend just the way they explained/complained, but  Im sure they possibly wanted more and faster credit building and just didnt have patience. Fantastic Patience is whats needed to become established with very good business credit.

Again, I dont know the dissatisfied persons issues and circumstances with B2B. I hope the best for them in the future and that they are remedied.
