I too was a victim of this scam and I am really disappointed that there are not tougher regulations to keep companies like this from ripping people off. I recieved the same call as did everyone else. I called the 1800 number which for the most part was not working. I then tracked down through my bank 3 different companies that dealt with this BABC. Unfortunately for them, I hope that they have a very good excuse and/or a good lawyer because they will be recieving legal papers from me.
