BABC THE SO CALLED CREDIT CARD COMPANY SHOULD BE SUED. EVIL RIP-OFF
I applied for a master card, from babc, and was lied to from start to finish. After I cancelled the so called agreement, this company managed to debit,or take $245.00 out of my bank account.
They admitted that the conversation, between me and one of their agents, was misleading, underhanded, therefore they, BABC, agreed to refund the money back to me. They stated , that it would take anywhere, from 60 to 90 days to process the claim, and it had to be approved first.
I consider this action evil. I am a disabled U. S. Veteran with limited income, and I need my money as soon as I can obtain it from these people In my opinion We all that have been ripped off by this company, need to file suit for damages, that we incurred because of this evil company. Please some one inform myself, and the rest what further action can, and should be taken. I just turned 50 years old, and I have been involved with a many crooked companies, but this one takes the cake, is by for the worst. Please reply
