If you did file a charge back for this with your credit card company immediately. Then since you are already dealing with the manufacturer do all of your business, through them informing them of what you have already done. I hope that you are able to get your set. Good luck.

The glider and ottoman cost $521.99. I paid for it in advance because I was told that was what was done for custom orders. I ordered it October 6, 2005. They said it would take 8-10 weeks to deliver. It's been 8 weeks, but I have gotten NO response from my attempts to contact the company. The phone just rings off the hook and I dont' even get voicemail. I contacted the manufacturer of the chair who tried to call the owner at their home and told me that the home number too is disconnected. They're looking into the order was even placed with them from the owner. I'm waiting to hear back from them.

It would be best if we could get more info. Such as when did you put in the order, how much it was for, etc. That way we as consumers can completely understand what is going on and then avoid this company. Thank you.
