Babysheaven.com (AKA Eheaven.com)Babysheaven. Baby's Heaven stoled my money!!! Consumer fraud ripoff San Diego California
I placed an order to www.babysheaven.com on 3/1/02 for a Delta Luv crib in the amount of $239.99, on 3/2/02 the money was withdrawn from my account. I was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery!
After 3 weeks I contacted the company via e-mail asking where my crib is I was given the answer that they were behind on orders and my crib would ship out 4/2/02. So when there is still no sign of my crib I again write to them via e-mail (nobody will answer there phones).
I was ignored for another week when finally receive an e-mail from them saying *they are sorry but they are cloding theres doors forever due to problems* and I would receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
Needless to say 7-10 business days has come and gone and NO refund! I visited there site again and they are still in business! All I want is my money back they have completely ripped me off and made this special time for me with a new arrival soon to come nothing but stressfull.
I have contacted the BBB and done everything I can think of but they will still not give me my money back.
