I received a phone call telling me about a vacation offer on March 8, 2016.  I wrote down everything that they said was in the offer.  I was to get days and night in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, along with some Golden gifts consisting of 2 nights three days open destination. I told the gentlmen on phone that I would discuss it with my husband and he could call me back.  I was told it had to be only on that phone call and he'd offer me another  2 night / 3 days if I made decision then.  Then I am told it cost $398.00. and I could cancel if I didn't like it in  30 days.  I asked if there would be any add'l charges when I got there and was told only resort fee for spas, jet skies, etc.  Also, a tax of between 7 and 15 per night.

The manager, Tom Matthews, gets on phone to confirm what I was just told and I went over what I was told and had written down.  I asked again if this would be the only amount I had to pay and was told yes.

I received an email showing me all what I was getting and the amount showed all vacations that was included.

Now I went to book a vacation and was told that I needed to pay an add'l amount of $25.00 per night.  The customer service woman that I spoke with was rude and disrespectful several times.  I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they didn't have one.  I told her that I was looking at email that said everything was included.  She told me that I needed to pay add'l money to go.  I had to hang up with her before I lost my temper because of her unprofessional attitude.

I called for Tom Matthews, who was the manger when I purchased, and was told he was no longer there.  I left several messages for the manager to call me.  A week later I was told to email the manager, Brian Fisher and ask that he'd call me back.

I am so disappointed in this company for lieing to me about amount it would cost and the unprofessionalism in the company.  Please do not buy from them and if you do, get out before the 30 days.  Call your credit card company and report it immediately.
