I bought a house in July . I paid Kadim Bailey who owns Bailey's Landscape half deposit for a vinyl fence job. Four days later he stated he needed the job completely paid for because of Covid he hast to buy all the fence ahead of time. Three panels went up another four weeks went by of me chasing him another three panels went up and then he completely disappeared. What he did put up is completely wrong they're not level corner posts are not right .
I won a small claims complaint and he's avoiding that as well .
I just really don't want to see anybody else give this kid money and get ripped off.
