Baily excavating do not use these crooks they will rip you off. they told me that they would not charge me full price for sewer landerals until job was done and they would come and finish and then they took the money and never showed up. had to hire some one else to complete the job and pay them too. do not hire this crook to do anything he will rip-you off.
