Banff Gate Mountain Lodge & Spa is a home resort for Chateau World/ Chateau World Resorts, Royal Club Resorts, and Royal Club International. It is run by Andre Muran, an individual who is facing criminal charges along with his companies, Royal Club International and Royal Club Resorts Inc. for misleading consumers, refusing refunds to consumers and operating a travel club without a license.
