Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had a very poor experience with a company called Stonemakers (AKA Stonemakers Artisans, LLC, Corporation) whereby they damaged my property, never completed the job and what was completed was not properly done and is falling apart.  They are well known for this issue but the owner scares customers with threats of property liens etc. so no one will complain. This business operates across the united states.

My recourse was to obtain a refund for one of my payments made with my BOA Visa.  Visa denied my first two claims for various reasons.  Those claims never made it out of their claim department...

I then located a website that provided information for BOA's office of the president and suddenly my claim was worthy of their precious time.  Unfortunately, after a year of investigation and stacks of information including my ongoing attempts to resolve the issue with the merchant they left it up to Visa who stated that I allowed the contractor to work on my property for nine months (certainly not my choice but the contractor pulled several no shows etc)).

Ultimately, Visa's policy clearly conflicts with that of their partners and yet they chose not to correct the issue at the peril of their customers.  What's worse is that the contractor never responded to this complaint, never lifted a finger, and they still fund in his favor.

and look at all of the names of the people and the companies that appear in those charts, okay?

Those are the same charts being displayed in the beginning of the video entitled- 'Who Owns The Fed Bank, Who Controls Who Video'.

Pay close attention to 'Chart 1'. Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan appear in that chart, correct? Lehman Brothers was one of the companies mentioned in the documentary entitled- 'Inside The Meltdown'. They were obviously one of the banks that took part in selling mortgages in the USA, and then packaging them and selling these 'mortgage-backed securities' to investors all over the world, right?

Lehman Brothers eventually collapsed and it created a lot of problems in our economy. Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan Chase eventually received billions of dollars from the TARP. Other companies that appear in the 5 charts received taxpayer's money too. General Motors received tens of billions of dollars and so did Chrysler Corporation. I believe that General Electric received around $14 billion from the TARP too.

Wachovia Corporation appears in 'Chart 3'. They were bought by Wells Fargo, right? Wachovia and Wells Fargo also received billions of dollars from the TARP.  Both companies were also named for taking out 'secret life insurance policies' on their employees, along with many other banks including JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America.

Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and JP Morgan Chase, have a combined $45 Billion in these policies, according to an article on the web. Just 'Google' this- BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES, and you can read where Bank of America and Wells Fargo each have $17 Billion in these policies. JP Morgan chase has $11 Billion. $17 Billion + $17 Billion + $11 Billion = $45 Billion, right?

You can also type in 411913 at this site and read Ripoff Report #411913. It's about the secret life insurance policies, also known as BOLI's. (Bank Owned Life Insurance.)

To sum it all up, it certainly appears that much of the U.S. economy, especially the banking sector, is based on a foundation of lies, deception, fraud, manipulation, greed, trickery, deep corruption, and the constant pursuit to financially injure the innocent people living in America and all over the world, wouldn't you now agree?

Good luck to you!

"I had a very poor experience with a company called Stonemakers (AKA Stonemakers Artisans, LLC, Corporation) whereby they damaged my property, never completed the job and what was completed was not properly done and is falling apart."

How much was your credit card billed for the work that was done? How much property was damaged? How much will it cost to repair the damage that was done?

Visa looked at the fact the work was done and the person should be paid for the work he did.
However, you on the other hand evidently had damage done to your property. You are entitled to get someone else to do the work and straighten out the problem.

You can either file a claim in small court or civil court to be reimbursed for the expense incurred to repair the damage. Simple as that.

"They are well known for this issue but the owner scares customers with threats of property liens etc. so no one will complain."

To sum it up your are accusing the owner of extortion. Extortion is a crime in itself so if the owner is threatening to take action against you that he would not normally take then he is extorting you. If you file a civil suit against him and he threatens you then he is setting himself up for more problems.

He cannot place a lien against you because you have paid him in full correct???

You should not put yourself in a position of threatening to sue him if you do not intend to do so. You could easily find yourself in trouble as well.

Hope that helped.

along with several other banks, including Wachovia, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, & JP Morgan Chase, according to information available on the web.

You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED BANK, WHO CONTROLS WHO VIDEO, and watch it on the web for more information and decide for yourself.

The charts being used at the beginning of that video are also available on the web. Just 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts. For some odd reason, Bank of America purchased Countrywide and Merrill Lynch. Both companies were in deep financial trouble. However, BOA still purchased (or was forced to purchase) both failing companies.

My theory is that the Federal Reserve forced BOA into buying both companies.

If you go to the site with the 5 charts, you will see that Wachovia Corporation appears in 'Chart 3', right? Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan appear in 'Chart 1'. America Express Co. appears in 'Chart 3'. All of these companies are involved in banking, correct? Even General Motors and Chrysler Corp. are indirectly involved in banking because most people finance their automobiles and both companies had/have finance divisions that are like banks, right? Heck, General Motors used to own GMAC. They were involved in the MORTGAGE BUSINESS, right? (General Motors and Chrysler Corp. appear in 'Chart 3'.)

It appears that the Federal Reserve is the 'kingpin' in this organized crime syndicate and they also control Wall Street and much of the U.S. Government. It seems like they want to control just about everything, and they are now being exposed. Maybe that's why there's so much turbulence all over the world, and maybe it's why things are falling apart in the USA, huh?

*Make sure to 'Google' the following and watch them on the web for more proof that the Federal Reserve controls most of the U.S. Government and Wall Street-
